At Metal Wall Art Design, we want our policies to be clear and easy to understand before you place an order. Please review the information below regarding shipping, damaged items, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it ships and does not include carrier transit time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, packaging requirements, and delivery destination. Delivery times vary by carrier and location. Once a package leaves our facility, transit times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging our products. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact Metal Wall Art Design within 5 business days of delivery. To report shipping damage, please provide:
  • your order number
  • photos of the damaged item
  • photos of the packaging and shipping box
If we are not contacted within 5 business days after delivery, Metal Wall Art Design is no longer responsible for replacing or refunding the damaged product.

Exchanges

Exchange Request Deadline

The exchange request must be initiated within 5 business days after delivery in order to qualify for Metal Wall Art Design to provide a free return shipping label.

Exchange Order Deadline

After the original order is delivered, you must place your exchange order within 10 days of delivery of your original order.

Return Shipment Deadline for Exchanges

Once Metal Wall Art Design provides the free return shipping label, the returned item must be in the hands of the shipping carrier within 7 business days. If the returned item is not in the hands of the shipping carrier within 7 business days after the free return shipping label is issued, only a 50% refund will be issued for the returned product.

Refund Process for Exchanges

  • The refund for the original item will not be started until your exchange order has been placed.
  • If no exchange order is placed, no refund will be issued.
  • The refund for the returned item will only be issued after we receive the returned item and verify that it has been returned in good condition without damage.

Shipping Cost for Exchange Orders

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost for the new exchange order.

Returns

If you wish to return an item without making an exchange, the following policy applies:

Return Request Deadline

The return request must be initiated within 5 business days of delivery.

Return Shipping Label

Metal Wall Art Design will provide a return shipping label for eligible returns. However, the cost of that shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipment Deadline

Once the return is initiated, the item must be in the hands of the shipping carrier within 7 business days. If the returned item is not in the hands of the shipping carrier within 7 business days after the return is initiated, only a 50% refund will be issued for the returned product.

Refund Process for Returns

  • Refunds will not be started until we receive the returned item.
  • Once received, the item will be inspected.
  • The product must be returned in good condition to qualify for a refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued after returned items are received and inspected. To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:
  • returned within the required timeframe
  • in good condition
  • free from damage not caused during original shipment
  • returned according to the return or exchange process outlined above

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued, or may be reduced, in the following situations:
  • damage claims reported later than 5 business days after delivery
  • exchange items not placed with a new exchange order
  • exchange items not turned over to the shipping carrier within 7 business days after the free label is issued
  • return items not turned over to the shipping carrier within 7 business days after the return is initiated, in which case only a 50% refund will be issued
  • items returned in damaged or unacceptable condition
  • original shipping charges are non-refundable

Clearance and Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
  • clearance items

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if processing has not already begun. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
